I was delighted by the charming decoration of the hotel, which had a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The beautifully adorned lobby and common areas made me feel at home. Additionally, the hotel's location was easily accessible for senior people like me, as it was conveniently situated near public transportation and had well-maintained walkways.

To make the vacation even better for senior people, I would suggest the staff provide additional assistance with luggage transportation. It would be helpful to have someone available to help carry heavy bags, especially for seniors who may have difficulty maneuvering them on their own.

The location of the apartment was exceptionally nice and fantastic in the centre. Hosts were very friendly, even gave us room exactly as on the pictures.

The apartment at Velyka Vasylkivska St, 58 was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. The location was convenient with many good restaurants nearby. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, making our stay pleasant. The apartment had a great glass dining table and a jacuzzi for added luxury.

Partner Guest House Saksahans'koho is conveniently located on a lively street, close to restaurants and bars, with easy access to public transportation. The hot tub was a nice addition.

The inside of the guest house was super nice and clean, with a small hob and fridge that came in handy. The driver who met me at the airport was incredibly helpful, despite the language barrier. The transfer was cheap and convenient. The room had working AC, was very clean and bright, and had tea and coffee available. The bed was comfy and the second-floor location was great. The management was friendly, the location was perfect, and the bed was comfortable and clean. It was mind-blowing that the company reached out to me after my stay and refunded my cost due to some dissatisfaction. This spoke volumes about their professionalism. The apartment had amazing amenities, including a fully fitted kitchen and a proper steam iron. Plus, it was conveniently located near the stadium and plenty of great bars and restaurants. The staff, especially Maria, went above and beyond to assist us. I highly recommend this place and see a bright future for this company thanks to their exceptional staff.

I recently stayed at Partner Guest House in Kyiv for a short trip. The hotel location was perfect, right in the center of old town, with all the attractions, restaurants, and shops within walking distance. The pink apartment I stayed in was newly renovated and had a cute decor. The check-in desk was conveniently located just two minutes away. The staff at the reception were outstanding, extremely professional, helpful, and kind. They made sure our stay was comfortable and went above and beyond to assist us.

cleanliness was top-notch. the apartment had all the necessary amenities - including a drying rack and a sunny balcony. the staff at reception were exceptionally helpful and kind. great location - right in the city center and close to shops and bars. the owners even arranged a taxi for us. definitely a great base for exploring.
